“…And don’t let anyone put you down because you’re young. Teach believers with your life: by word, by demeanor, by love, by faith, by integrity. Stay at your post reading Scripture, giving counsel, teaching. And that special gift of ministry you were given when the leaders of the church laid hands on you and prayed—keep that dusted off and in use.”

1 Timothy 4:12, The Message

Our youth program offers many opportunities for you to have fun, be involved with service and mission work, and learn more about God’s amazing grace and love!  If you’re in 6th thru 12th grade, we hope you will come join us!

Sunday school meets on Sunday mornings at 10:45, following our 9:30 worship service in the Youth Room.  A small continental breakfast is provided.  The lessons are taught by 4 teachers on a rotational basis.

Confirmation is generally for youth in 6th grade.  The curriculum is “Credo”, which is United Methodist based.  Following the conclusion of the class, the youth will join St. Paul in a special ceremony during the worship service.

Our main youth gathering is Sunday evenings.  We get together for a snack supper and activity.  Whether it’s a service project, a mission activity, a fun activity (going to the Traveler’s game, hiking Pinnacle Mountain and grilling hamburgers for dinner, Altitude Trampoline Park, Super Bowl Watch Party, going to Barnes & Noble, etc.), or a spiritual lesson (we may watch a video, play a game, or all of the above!), we always have fun together!

Each summer, we have a trip especially for youth!  Next summer, we will be participating in Ozark Mission Project.  Keep watching for more details!

Watch the newsletter and church calendar for special events all year long!  These activities may include: serving at a soup kitchen during the school year or the summer, attending Refuge, a spring or winter retreat, Youth Sunday, Senior Sunday, among others!
