What is worship like at St Paul?
At Saint Paul United Methodist Church you'll find worship that is relevant, passionate and transforming. You won't feel like an outsider--we'll walk you through each part of the worship service. You're welcome to participate, or just observe to begin with. United Methodism really is a remarkable blending of evangelical Christianity and sacramental Christianity. With our sacramental roots and our evangelical roots, we are positioned right in the middle of the Christian family throughout the world. Our worship will not only make sense, but it will inspire and encourage you. You'll leave wanting to come back for more.
As a visitor, will I be singled out in any way during the service?
No. You are our guest and we want to help you to feel as comfortable as possible. Visitors and Members are asked to fill out the registration pad. We'd like you to know more about us, so that we can send you our most recent newsletter.
What should I wear to worship at St Paul?
On Sunday mornings we have people dressed in suits and people in shorts and tennis shoes. We are an informal family-style church, so we encourage you to dress according to your own comfort.
How can I join St Paul UMC as a member?
You can join by profession of faith or a transfer of membership. The United Methodist Church accepts all Christian baptisms. For more information, see the joining tab under our "About Us" page.
Childcare and transportation are provided. Please call the church office for more information.
Communion is served on the first Sunday of the month. The Methodist Church invites all who wish to receive communion to the Lord's table as we celebrate the sacrifice of the Lamb of God.
